RAMSHACKLICIOUS - MR & MR BURN

Get ready for a big, loud and brilliantly unhinged show, featuring a comical, musical world brought to life by a big dose of trombone, tuba, baritone uke and electronic drums.

Meet Mr & Mr Burn, an explosive, chaotic, offbeat Vegas double act with a touch of disaster about them...

Throw in some clowning, puppetry, fire and pyrotechnics, and you’ve got a wildly anarchic, musical, mischievous mishap of a show that’s not for the faint hearted!

(Please note: there is a loud bang using pyrotechnics toward the end of the show)

Another welcome return for MarkMark Productions as they bring their celebratory street spectacular that unites two Great British achievements: incredible sporting success and 70’s disco pop from the Isle of Man.

Feel the city breakin? Everybody shakin!

Come along, sing-along and boogie-along with these popular pop icons as they perform their funky love classics. Witness top level flirting and dancing with all the preening and parading you can gyrate your hips at!

BUREAU OF SILLY IDEAS- GIANT FOOT

At the Bureau of Silly Ideas, we’re never quite sure what’s going to happen!? All we know is there’ll be a giant foot roaming around the site. Why? Because who wouldn’t want a silly giant foot creeping up on unsuspecting festival goers!!

JONES & BARNARD - THE VARIETY SPECTACULAR

Gareth Jones & Mat Barnard bring their Variety Spectacular comedy cabaret show!

Expect eccentric dance, circus skills, classic song and Houdini style escapology, entwined with an original funky soundtrack and intimate comedy.

You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll probably end up doing both at the same time!

Come alsong to the bigtop and dance the afternoon away in the silent disco!

Pop on a headset and be transported to your own private musical wonderland. Dance alone, or dance with everyone!

KAREN KETCHUP - FABULOUS FUN’KY FASHION!
Workshop

Join Karen Ketchup and the Passion for Fashion crew for some fun fashion as they demonstrate different techniques of sewing, designing, embellishing and printing, all with the view to getting you catwalk ready!

Learn you how to make yourself an outfit from recycled materials and strut your stuff in our fashion show. Bring in an item of clothing you want reparing or pimping up and let the Passion for Fashion crew work their magic on it.

Step aboard the fashion bus for a fashionably fabulous time!

Big games. Silly challenges. Endless fun. Join the loveable shaggy aliens, String and Strong as they take over FAF with a playful and adventurous walkabout full of laughter, movement and mayhem!

CIRCO RUM BA BA - L’HOTEL

We are welcoming back Circo Rum Ba Ba to FAF this year, and this time they are bringing L’Hotel with them. Watch as the smallest hotel in the world comes alive: beds are made, tables laid, chamber maids roused, bell boys leap into action and finally the special guests arrive and are ushered up the red carpet to their luxury accommodation! 

With acrobatics, globe walking, dead celebrities, French finesse, trumpeting and mime mayhem, L’Hotel is an enchanting show to delight audiences of all ages!

GOBBLEDEGOOK THEATRE - CLOUDSCAPES
Installation & Live Performance

Relax, kick back and immerse yourself in a beautiful moment of storytelling and cloud gazing with Cloudscapes.

Cloudscapes is part installation and part live performance where the sky is the performer. Lay down, look up and let yourself drift away into a world of beautiful and beguiling stories!

(Cloudscapes are able to offer an informal touch tour and an audio describe of the clouds and costumes used)

FRANK WURZINGER - THE LOVE POSTMAN

Remember the times when people wrote letters to each other? This year, the Love Postman will roam the festival, making some special deliveries and encouraging you to write or draw positive posts, love letters, compliments, flattery and gratitude.

All delivered in the most hilarious ways, via air mail, postal pigeon, snail mail and even pulley system!!

VICTORIA GUNFIELD - AERIAL CIRCUS SKILLS
Workshop

Have you ever wanted to fly? Come and have a go at aerial circus skills under the big top! Suitable for all ages and abilities. Victoria will help you get your aerial circus skills off to a flying start!

GOBBLEDEGOOK THEATRE - THE HIGH PRIESTESS OF POP. DANCE AND FOAM PARTY!
Big foamy dancey knees up!

We'll be closing out the festival this year with our very own foam party!

The High Priestess of Pop will be taking your song requests and overseeing the chaos as she invites you to dress up, dance and lose yourself in a sea of glorious foam!

Please feel free to bring your own armbands, inflatable toys and shower caps. For some of the FAF team though, it's probably the only bath they'll get all year!

FAF is not responsible for any humans lost in the foam. Prepare for mess, mayhem, music and madness!!

(The foam is completely non toxic and does not damage the environment. It will also disappear, so you can be sure that FAF will leave no trace.)

There’ll be plenty to see and do, including a circus skills and games area (always popular) with plate spinning, stilt walking and hula hooping for starters.

There will be a quiet space for visitors to catch their breath and return to a zen like state and artist & community stalls to peruse, including:

• Walton Arts Festival

You’ll also find ice cream, tea and coffee, a bake sale and food stalls to give you plenty of energy for a full day of silliness:

As usual, there’ll also be giant bubbles galore, floating throughout the festival, courtesy of Grethe Mangala Jensen. We bet you can’t catch them all!

Pith Party will be providing lots of glittery painted faces throughout the day. Come and get your face painted and bring your requests!
